[NEWS] Inazuma Walker Vol. 10 (Part 2) (Unedited)
What I loved about this Inazuma Walker, is that the character designer for the new anime was one of the guests, and the main topic was fanart.
He said he was really happy to see fans draw the Inazuma Eleven cast and some even make jokes, like the picture in the right, featuring Tenma's harem (Aoi, Tsurugi, and Taiyou) heartbroken over how Tenma chose soccer over them (lmao). And the picture at the left shows Fubuki in the first season and GO!Fubuki looking at his Ares self with Atsuya. Heartbreaking.
All these artists were notified their artworks were going to be presented in that transmission. It really proves Hino is looking at the fans and acknowledges the fandom and what we create.
I think some have already seen this.
I'm not sure if it's a lowkey protest of the Haizaki's showering scene but they were surprised from the quality of the edits (and laughed at Kurimatsu's of course).
Lastly, these wonderful fanart of the GO characters as adults which I remember seeing a few months ago, so seeing it there was surprising.
Both Hino and the designer were astounded at the quality. You can believe they are official art.
The joke in the fanart at the left is that both Atsushi and the purple guy, from a game by Level-5 as well, share the same voice actor and look very similar. If you haven't heard of it, there is a game called Yokai Watch Puni Puni, which shows the yokai is those elastic-ish balls, so the user at the right drew a version of the Break trio.
Then, the president of Takara Tomi, the company that makes all the toys for the Inazuma Eleven franchise, like the famous card game, came and presented their latest development. The Eleven Band. If you remember the first trailer, its a gadget every soccer player uses, displaying their stats and other things.
I have no words to express how amazed I am that they actually created it. In the real world. Something that's like from a sci-fi world. Wow.
This is package of the Raimon Eleven band. Oh yes, the product will officially launch in April, the same month Ares will air.
After opening it from the bottom there is a message "Welcome to Raimon" (cries).
The band itself.
The woman that accompanied him shows the various features of the band. It has a button at the front left, the one she's pressing with her left thumb, and more at the top which she's pressing with her right thumb.
Some basic features include a watch, and timer, classic watch stuff.
Then the cool stuff. The band has messages from Inakuni Raimon characters and other schools like Seishou, Outei Tsukinomiya, even Mikage. It also records your number of steps and it has some minigames. For example, it counts the number of steps you race in a certain amount of seconds, an exercise designed to play with your friends or by oneself. It was thought in a way that encourages exercise, even I was motivated to run around if I had it.
At the moment, there are three versions of the band, Raimon's, Seishou's, and Outei Tsukinomiya's, based off the ones in the anime.
I would love to get Outei Tsukinomiya's. Grey is not my favorite color, but it looks lovely. There might be new models coming in the future from other schools (Hakuren, Aliea, Zeus, etc). The band is actually pretty cheap, less than 20 American dollars when translated from yens. I think it was around 1000 Y ($10).
They proceed to show previous drafts before setting on the gadget's final for, The one at the left looks so similar to the Yokai Watch or an Omitrix (lol)so I'm glad it looks more unique.
This was the plain model they presented in August 2016, the event where they presented the news of the new anime, just a piece of plastic. It shows how far they have come in less than two years. I tip my hat to you Takara Tomi. Your persistence is inspiring.
The band holds and internal, rechargeable battery that only needs a basic USB plug. Very convenient.
So, I found out why they showed some characters in clothing from and RPG, i.e Kidou in a Barbarian costume, Nosaka in a magician one, etc. It's a crossover been Snack World and Inazuma Eleven. They also designed these cute charms. These will be available soon as well. Hazaki's is an axe, Asuto's is a sword, and Nosaka's is a staff.
I want Nosaka's! XD
